We finally got around to having our Thanksgiving meal this past weekend. Used our traditional brine and the spatchcock method to help decrease cooking time while still having a flavorful and delicious turkey. Once the turkey was done soaking in the brine, butter slices placed under the skin and in the smoker it went. It’s that simple when using our delicious brines. Forgot to check the size of the turkey before I threw away the label. 🤣🤣🤣But it was probably around 15-17lbs and only took 4 hours in the smoker. Not a turkey fan?
