Sweat, Sip, and Shop Sunday!🥂 Join our team at ParBlu today for a pop-up fitness class and sip & shop from 12:30-3 PM. Join us as we welcome .life.fitness, local personal trainer and group fitness instructor for a HIGH Fitness class in our beautiful ballroom at 1 PM. Shopping is open to the public!🛍 Donations will be taken for the fitness class and proceeds will benefit Dove House Children's Advocacy Center.

Vendors include: Hand and Stone, Zyia, Sienna Stone Designs, Mason and Rose boutique, and more!

Join us as we welcome .life.fitness, local personal trainer and group fitness instructor for a HIGH Fitness class in our beautiful ballroom!!
