Hello Friends! 🙋🏻♀️
It has been awhile since I have posted, so I wanted to update you all with all the changes that have happened in the last 6 months. Last fall I decided to take a break from the wedding/floral industry. Months before this I had started selling antiques and home decor in a small booth at a thrift shop and really enjoyed it. So I started wondering what it would be like to run my own shop, so in February I found this charming location in Manakin Sabot that was vacant for 2 years and was available to rent....so I decided to take a leap of FAITH! I know its crazy going from designing wedding flowers to selling antiques but I AM IN LOVE WITH IT AND MY SHOP! 💜 The shop is called Plum Pickings because its located at alittle location called Plum Tree Corner in Goochland right on Broad Street/Rt 250!
So with all that being said, I wanted to take a minute and Thank you all for following and supporting me in my floral journey over the last 10+ years. It was a pleasure getting to know my brides and their families over the years. It truly was! It was always a dream of mine to have a floral business since I was in high school, and my dream did come true and for that I will always be thankful! But life moves us in new directions and I have found my new journey!
