Happy Sunday everyone! We apologize for not posting this earlier in the season but lately we have had a lot of messages about pizza so we thought we should send out a quick note. When we decided to renovate the Boathouse the main goal was to create a beautiful and affordable waterfront venue where families could spend their special day without breaking the bank. Our little fun pizza business was to fill in dates while we waited for the event calendar to fill in. Well for good or bad, the calendar has started to fill in! So our pizza weekends have been a bit squeezed out with lots of weddings. We still hope to schedule some pop up pizza weekends when the calendar allows and we will make sure to post them with notice! Thank you to everyone who has stopped by our little joint on beautiful Nettle Lake and we can't wait to do it again!

***Nettle Lake car show May 23rd!***
The weather is FINALLY looking like Spring and it's time for the 2nd annual Nettle Lake car show! We would love to make this an annual event for the area so please stop by and show off your beautiful cars on our lakefront! There is no entry fee! We just want to enjoy your rides! There will be music, food and probably some adult beverages! Here is the schedule for Saturday May 23rd:

11am-3pm: CAR SHOW with favorites being chosen at 2pm

Our brand new Boathouse on the lakefront of beautiful Nettle Lake is now taking event reservations for 2026 & 2027! Book a wonderful and AFFORDABLE, family reunion, graduation party, corporate event or waterfront wedding and reception at The Boathouse! If your event is for a reception/wedding or a Friday or Saturday, it is a flat rate of $2,500 for the entire day. Any other day we offer it at $100 per hour with a four hour minimum. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks at no additional cost and all of the tables, chairs and giant bar are included as well! Add one of our gorgeous lakefront vacation homes and make a stay out of it!

Mark your calendars! The Boathouse will be hosting our second annual car show AND disco party May 23rd! We will start the day with our car show on the lakefront of beautiful Nettle Lake and then continue into the evening with our DJ who will be playing nothing but disco and dance music or he's not getting out of here alive! More details to come!
