Burgers, fries, pulled pork, loaded potatoes, funnel cakes, chicken sandwiches, I'm going to do ribs one day , smoke some Turkey one day, and will have mouth watering smoked chicken every day. Follow your nose let the smell bring you to us . See you there can't wait to please your taste buds.

We are going to do funnel cake pork chop sandwiches, pulled pork, smoked turkey breast, smoked chicken, Phat Fred,s baked beans, a few Cajun things like maybe crawfish pie if we have interest jambalaya read beans and rice. And our well known loaded Texas potatoes, or chicken bacon ranch potato's burgers fried chicken sandwiches French fries

Will be at the Wayne County Fair!! Come and give us a try you will not be sorry.
We will have different types of food like smoked turkey breast, some Cajun crawfish pie if you have never had it you really don't know what your missing. Real pork chop sandwiches smoked over pecan wood, loaded Texas potatoes a meal in its own, maybe some po boy sandwiches and funnel cakes, we will have something different every night. We will have burgers and fries everynight just come see us in the little yellow Fred's Bbq

04.10.16 Phat Fred's will be set up at Jr Jones store on highway 90. Come get some good food. I will be doing a special pork chop with mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes, Phat Fred's granny green beans and a roll all for $8.50 I will be there till 2.00 pm so come get lunch. Regular menu items still available.. Call a head 765 585 2935 and I will have it ready for you.. See you tomorrow!!

We will be set up and cooking April 02, 2016, at Kickin Cancers Butt II at the aspire center. I plan on being set up by 8 am so come on over and get yourself some of the best BBQ in town.. Looking forward to seeing everyone there.

We now have a mobile cooking trailer. We will be setting up and selling conventional food such as burgers, tenderloin, fries, loaded baked potatoes, loaded French fries, nachos, hot dogs, and chili cheese dogs. Along with various smoked foods such as pulled pork, chops on a stick and whole or 1/2 chicken. Occasionally we will have brisket, ribs and turkey breast. We post when those items will be available.(always available upon request)

IF YOU'RE OUT STROLLIN', AND YOU SEE THE SMOKE ROLLIN', STOP AND SEE US. WE WILL HAVE A TREAT FOR YOU TO EAT.
