This standout holiday recipe comes from Emma, who’s well known for bringing the kind of dishes that friends and family ask for every Thanksgiving, and we can’t wait to share it with you! 🦃✨

Ready to add a new favorite to your table? Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:
1 9-inch pie crust

For the Pumpkin Custard:
¾ cup dark brown sugar, packed
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
pinch of ground cloves
3 large eggs
15 ounce can pumpkin puree, (not pie filling)
12 ounce can evaporated milk

For the Praline Topping:
1 cup pecans (4 ounces), finely chopped
½ cup dark brown sugar, packed
2 teaspoons dark corn syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon granulated sugar

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Set the pie crust into a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate. Trim and flute edges, as desired. Set aside
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, salt, nutmeg, and cloves. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, lightly whisk the eggs. Add the pumpkin puree and sugar-spice mixture and stir until well combined. Stir in the evaporated milk.
Pour the filling into the pie crust pastry and bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees F and continue baking for an additional 30 to 35 minutes or until the center appears mostly set and only slightly jiggles when you shake the dish.

While the pie is baking, toss the pecans and brown sugar in a small bowl. Add the corn syrup and vanilla and toss again. Use your fingers to work the ingredients together until well incorporated.
Scatter the praline topping evenly over the pie as soon as it is removed from the oven. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon granulated sugar evenly over the topping.
Place a baking sheet or piece of foil on the center rack of the oven (still heated to 350 degrees F). Return the pie to the oven on top of a baking sheet or foil and bake until the pecans are fragrant and topping is bubbling around edges, about 15 minutes. Cool the pie completely on wire rack, at least two hours. Then, cover and refrigerate before serving.

Thanksgiving is all about family favorites, and this one comes straight from our A to Z family!

Liz’s Corn Pudding recipe is a classic side that brings warmth and a touch of sweetness to any holiday plate. 🌽💛

Ready to add a new favorite to your table? Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8.5 ounce) package corn bread mix

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the sour cream, butter, creamed corn, corn niblets, and corn muffin mix.
Pour into a casserole dish or 9-inch baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until set.

We're kicking off our series of Thanksgiving recipe favorites with one that's "Back By Popular Demand!" 🦃🍽️ Craving an appetizer that steals the spotlight at every party? Look no further! 🎉 Our Sales & Business Development Manager, Samantha Dale, swears by these mouthwatering Stuffed Mushrooms from Two Peas and Their Pod. 🌿✨

Ingredients:

16 oz white mushrooms (about 24)
2 tablespoons olive oil, plus 1 teaspoon, divided
1⁄4 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1⁄2 cup panko
1⁄2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped Italian parsley
1⁄2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
Dash of crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Carefully remove the stems from the mushrooms. Finely chop the stems and set the caps aside.
In a medium skillet, heat 1 teaspoon of the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and chopped mushrooms; cook until tender (about 5 minutes). Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute. Remove from heat.
In a medium bowl, combine panko, Parmesan, parsley, thyme, lemon zest, salt, and red pepper flakes. Stir in the cooked mushroom mixture.
Spoon the filling into the mushroom caps and place them on the prepared baking sheet, cavity side up. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the mushrooms.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
