This summer, we learned that Aylin Acres’ existing cooling system does not have the capacity needed to consistently keep our venue spaces comfortable during especially hot days.
Of course, we already have short-term fixes in place and have worked diligently to ensure all current events have backup plans.
Once we saw the AC couldn’t keep the venue comfortable, we added supplemental cooling right away and started troubleshooting the system. That process showed the unit itself was running fine - it just wasn’t built for heat like this.
Right now our priority is a long-term solution. So we brought in an outside HVAC company, and we’re now installing an upgraded system in the coming weeks.
