We at Flowers by Amanda want to wish our past, present, and future clients a very merry and blessed Christmas!! As we prepare for our last events of the year, we are looking forward to 2025, our 25th year in business!
On a personal note…..In reflecting upon this past year, 2024 has been full of challenges outside of weddings and events that have taken me away from posting to social media as often as I normally like. They have also caused my response time to new clients to suffer. My usual excellent customer service to new clients has been put on a backburner to other important priorities and sometimes, my mental health. Burnout is a real thing, and you can’t work 2 full-time careers simultaneously for 25 years and expect it to never happen. To any new clients who I let down because of this, I truly apologize! To those who have been patient and understanding about these struggles and have been willing to wait for consultations and quotes…. Thank you!! I promise you that it will be worth the wait!! Our response time may be slower than normal but there has not been, nor will there ever be a minute when we drop the ball on a wedding or event!! Designing flowers and creating beautiful moments is my and my team’s passion and that will never fade!
We look forward to 2025 and hearing from all of the newly engaged brides! Please know that we are taking on new clients and we are ready to rock the new year! Merry Christmas!!!
