Keeping an eye on meat prices. Anyone wanting prime rib please let me know what you need and an estimated headcount. They are not cheap this year and I want to be able to get you the best meat at the best price and that involves some planning this year. Also still doing hams,turkeys,brisket, beef tenderloins, pork tenderloins, pulled pork, and whatever else you might need. Let me know. Early birds get their spot in the smoker.

While thanksgiving space is sold out, now is the time to reserve you space for Christmas and New Years. Hams,turkeys, prime rib, beef or pork tenderloin, ribs, pulled pork, salmon. You name it. Let me know what you need and we can discuss quantities and price. Sides offered as well if needed.
