It's Team Member Tuesday, and you know what that means...
Meet Gigi! Gigi has been a part of our team since 2024 and is a ray of sunshine to everyone around her.
Here are her answers to some questions about her experience working at Chick-fil-A Monterey Park🐄:
1. One thing I have learned about myself is that I love to meet new people, whether it be during breaks, rushes, or some down time, talking and getting to know some of our guests and my lovely FOH and BOH members is what I found I love to do!
2. Since working here are CFA MP, I have become more responsible, more accountable, more confident, more outgoing, and have learned how to account for orders in the back of my head, without thinking, almost in a natural sense. I still have growth to do. But I’m proud of how far I’ve come!
3. My favorite menu item is either the Cobb salad or a Spicy Deluxe with American cheese! 😋
4. What I enjoy most is the genuine friendships of my fellow teammates, leaders, and all those who play a part in CFA MP. These friendships mean the world to me!
5. My most memorable moment was when we had a big rush, this was the biggest I’ve ever experienced, so I was quite nervous and scared. I wanted to get every guest their meal in a timely manner and correctly. One of my team members noticed that I was nervous and decided to kindly use their time to help me catch up. Their act of kindness and helped remind me that I didn’t have to do it alone, but that I would always have someone to help me, no matter how busy it got.
Gigi, you are kind, hard working, and generously uplift others everyday. Thank you for your dedication to serving others and investing in our team! We look forward to how you will continue to grow and shine light in the world☀️.
