Back from Westland with a seventh place in ribs this time. Everything else was pretty decent & middle of the pack except for the brisket which was entirely too salty for me, and apparently for them as well 🤷🏼‍♂️🤣

New smoker pulled it's weight yesterday with an 8th place in ribs and a 15th place brisket.

Enjoying the south for the winter but always trying new things even if just on my little grill. Bacon wrapped chicken breast slices with BBQ rub. Definitely an amazing appetizer for any party.
