Everyone is invited to a thank-you contra dance, preceded by a potluck, at the Montague Common Hall this Sunday, October 26.
Calling by the inestimable George Marshall; music by the Monday Night Session & Friends; food, dancing, and sociability, if desired, by everyone.
We are advertising the dance as FREE because it's a dance in appreciation for the thousands (yes, thousands!) of $$$ the dances have raised for the hall accessibility project. We will not be offended if you toss some money into the donation box, as there is still more to do, but it's 100% optional.
Dance 7:00 until 9:00 or so; potluck at 5:45. If you're a slow eater, don't be late!
It is, of course, fine to skip the potluck and just come to the dance. We'll be glad to see you in any case.
