After almost 4 incredible years, HapiLee Ever After Coordination is officially closing this chapter, and today will be our final wedding. 🤍

In the time we’ve been open, we’ve had the honor of coordinating 209 weddings, and I can honestly say I have loved every single minute of it. Being a part of so many love stories and special moments is something I will truly never forget. From timeline stress to happy tears, dance floor chaos, and all the little moments in between — it has been such a blessing to walk alongside so many amazing couples on one of the biggest days of their lives.

To all of the vendors who became friends along the way, thank you. This business would not have been what it was without the incredible people I worked beside weekend after weekend. The wedding industry is truly special because of the people in it.

A huge thank you to Kendall, Kassidy, Cheyenne, Brittany, Kaitlin, and Julia for helping coordinate over the years and being such an important part of this journey. Thank you to Annalise for always keeping our socials running, and to my dad, mom, and nanny for helping at vendor shows and supporting this dream from the very beginning.

And the biggest thank you to my husband, Kyle. We had only been married a few weeks when I decided to open this business, and you never once held me back from chasing this dream. Thank you for supporting the late nights, busy weekends, and everything in between.

Now, life looks a little different. We have two beautiful daughters, and I’m ready to focus this next season fully on my family and soaking up these moments with them.

Thank you to every couple who trusted HapiLee Ever After to be part of your wedding day. Thank you for every recommendation, every kind review, every hug at the end of the night, and every memory made along the way.

This may be goodbye for HapiLee Ever After, but the memories made through this business will stay with me forever. 🤍

The newest addition to HapiLee Ever After is here! 💗✨

Baby Savannah made her sweet arrival this past week, and we are completely in love! Such a joyful and special time for our owner, Ashleigh, and her family as they soak in all the newborn snuggles and adjust to life as a family of four. 🥰

Ashleigh will be taking some much-needed personal time to rest and enjoy these precious first weeks with her baby girl. During this time, please expect longer response times as she steps away to focus on her family.

For all of our booked couples — meetings will resume at the end of February, and we cannot wait to jump back into planning your beautiful celebrations! 🤍

As we look ahead to 2026, we have some exciting (and sweet) news to share — our owner, Ashleigh, will be welcoming another baby girl at the beginning of the year! 👶💖

Because of this special season of life, we’ll be offering limited availability for the remainder of 2026 as Ashleigh adjusts to motherhood of two, continues her full-time career, and ensures every HapiLee bride receives the time and attention she deserves.

We will only be booking one wedding per month for 2026. Any non-blacked-out dates on our calendar reflect our current availability.

Our pricing will remain the same as we move into 2026:
💫 Mini (8 hours) – $850
💫 Mega (10 hours) – $1,000
💫 Month Of (12 hours + rehearsal) – $1,250
