Tis the last month & time that I plug for my patreon! If you love seeing the magic brought into the world, I appreciate your contribution. 🙏 If you wonder what I do with my patreon:

✨Support indy artists, vendors, writers podcasters, etc by using this $ to create events that showcase as well as keep my store a viable testement to the handmade community with a rich tapestry of people
✨ Create & run The Hedge LARP, a family-friendly, urban fantasy game that brings enjoyment to many while weaving in knowledge of real folklore, mythology and history of such things
✨ Provide original content, newsletters, and visibility for those in our community
✨Coordinate with other events and businesses to bring unique benefits to our community and cross-promote other amazing creators out there!

WANTED! Volunteers to help with The Hedge LARP @ Geek Fest West! Fairy Apothecary runs a home-brew LARP through our store and we will be putting on a LARP experience at GFW. No experience is needed, just enthusiastic volunteers. ‍🙋‍♂️ Passes for the event are free if you are on our gate list. Fri-Sun, Jul 18-20. You can do one, two or all three days - up to you!

TONIGHT: You have been invited to gather in the Armoury Room of the Fairy Apothecary, a local store in Fremont known to double as a secret gathering spot for magical fair folk. The nobles are seeking champions to hire for their upcoming games, the Knights of the Kingdom seek new Squires, and there are now two magical academies that seem to be in slumber, with their magic being siphoned away....

STORY THUS FAR: Last night, the local Seattle crew of enchanted folk met at Gasworks Park for their regular sword practice. Rebuilding the withered Kingdom army to defend against the Fir Bolgh has been an ongoing priority for the Queen.

There have been some loose ends of exploration, and so the group decided to take the new people (PBnJ & Kairi) and return to the dungeon that they portaled too at their previous sword practice and try to figure out what the heck the black ichor was that came out of the monster they had slain. Or, actually, what WAS the monster they had slain?

Using the Form of the Key skill that Sir Ion taught everyone, they returned to the dungeon, only to find that it was filled with empty cells, doors wide open, and a fresh trail of foot prints leading to the equally empty, dusty food pantry. With the hour being late, they decided to pause exploration until they could be more fully prepared for what might lie beyond...
