- Seasonal events - May 1st through October 31st
*Three day venue rental: The day before your event - 2 to 8pm
*The day of your event - 10:30am to Midnight
*The day after your event- Clean up completed by 3pm
-1 acre pond as a perfect setting for ceremony & photography
-Use of a 40 X 80 white frame tent with side walls

Accommodates up to 200 guests
-3,200 square foot reception space
-200- white folding chairs
-20- 72 inch round tables
-10- 8 foot rectangular tables
-6- 32 inch cocktail tables
-Access to the property for socializing and pictures
-On-site gravel parking
-Interior string lighting

We’re actively interviewing and searching for the perfect event design/decor rental partner company — the Strong Roots Collective, if you will. 😉

If you own an event rental company with a creative, versatile inventory, offer setup + tear-down services, and are looking to collaborate primarily with a local wedding venue… we may be the perfect fit.

Applicants must be prepared to:
-Showcase examples of your work and past wedding setups
-Share photos of your current rental inventory
-Provide real client reviews and testimonials
-Demonstrate experience with weddings and large-scale events
-Discuss your setup, tear-down, delivery, and staffing process
-Share your pricing structure and rental packages
-Discuss availability and communication expectations

Nicholas & Amber booked their wedding date with us last year expecting an outdoor tented wedding. A few months later we shared the big news — we were building a brand new venue that would be ready for their special day. We’re forever grateful that they trusted us and believed in our vision. We might be biased, but we think this was quite the upgrade…😉
