A huge congratulations to the happy couple from this Saturday! 🥂

We absolutely love when a couple has a specific vision, and this one was so much fun: an entire reception built around hors d'oeuvres and elevated finger foods!

This theme pushed us to get creative and craft items we don't always feature, which is one of our favorite parts of the job. And for us, "creative" always means scratch-cooking. Everything was cooked fresh on-site right out of our food truck!

We had a blast bringing this delicious vision to life! The menu included:

🧀 Double-Breaded Mozzarella Sticks with our house-made marinara.

🐔 Chicken Cordon Bleu Bites: A mini croquette of chicken, Swiss, ham, and béchamel, breaded and fried.

🌶️ Chips & Creamy Queso

🔥 Buffalo Chicken Dip served with house-made potato chips and pita chips.

🍔 Pulled Pork Sliders

🌭 And yes... even the Mini Corn Dogs were made from scratch!

Another massive weekend for the books! 🎉🍴

This past weekend, our team catered 4 weddings 💍, a rehearsal dinner 🥂, and handled numerous pick-up orders 📦. We were busy celebrating love all over! ❤️

A massive shout-out to George and Jordan on their beautiful union this past Saturday! Their picture-perfect wedding at the gorgeous Red Silo Events in Champion, PA, was an absolute dream. 🏞️ The venue and its surroundings are truly picturesque, and a huge thank you to the wonderful owners, Brett and Haylie, for being such amazing partners!

The menu was a smash hit! George and Jordan's guests loved our new Seared Fish in a homemade creamy Florentine sauce 🐟🌿, paired with our famous Hand Mashed Potatoes and House Gravy.

To say we are grateful is an understatement. When we, a husband-and-wife team, started this journey three years ago, we dreamed of building something special. What a weekend! We had an absolute blast serving up everyone's favorite fall comfort foods at the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum for their "Terrible Trolley Tailgate" event in Washington, PA! 🚃🏈

The energy was fantastic, and our crew had so much fun. The absolute highlight for us was getting a visit from the one and only Steely McBeam! We were so excited to get a picture of him with the food truck – what a legend! 🖤💛

We loved serving up cozy comfort food to everyone who stopped by. On the menu was:

🧀 Gourmet Grilled Cheeses
💥 Loaded Mac and Cheese Bowls

A huge thank you to the PA Trolley Museum for hosting such a great event and to everyone who came out to see us!

What an absolutely perfect Friday celebrating the union of Kayla and JD! We are still glowing from their incredible wedding celebration. 🎉

We were back at the stunning Yinzer Valley Farms, and we can't say enough about this venue. With its beautiful setting and wonderfully accommodating staff, it’s easy to see why we feel so at home at this venue. We have catered over 15 events here this year and love coming here more each time!

But can we talk about that COOKIE TABLE for a moment? 😍 We had the absolute pleasure of setting up this beautiful arrangement of sweet treats. It was a true centerpiece and a delicious representation of a beloved Pittsburgh tradition!

Of course, before the dessert, guests enjoyed a full buffet cooked fresh on-site from our food truck. The menu was packed with flavor:
