I came across this gem from 2003, my very first balloon twisting event!

FAQ: How did you start twisting balloons?

A: After watching an inspiring episode of Martha Stewart making balloon flowers with round balloons I thought it would be a cute theme for my daughters birthday party. I decided to take it a step further and learn how to twist balloon animals. I went to the library and checked out every book I could find on balloon twisting. Once I memorized every creation I began creating my own art. 23 years later and I’m still learning the craft and never taken a class.

I’m so grateful for this gift and to continue to share it with all of you! Thank you Quad Cities!

Dina was so excited to get an Easter Bokay. She told me she just put the Christmas Bokay in another room to make space for the new one. At 90 years old she gleamed as she told me she’s never seen anything like them. That’s what I LOVE to hear! We made each others day and this delivery ended with a warm hug.
