As we close on another awesome week of slinging BBQ here in the valley, I would just like to acknowledge every single one of our 508 Salvage BBQ family. It is truly humbling to hear new customers come in and speak about our HARD CORE following. We do love this BBQ life here in Ilion and appreciate every one who has supported the 508 Salvage BBQ and Catering Co.
We look forward to seeing everyone next week.

The Salvage Baker Bomber!!!!
A fresh baked potato buttered, loaded up with either Smoked pork or Beef Brisket topped with our signature White Cheddar sauce, Applewood smoked bacon and a drizzle of the famous 508 Salvage BBQ sauce. Sour cream and chives on the side.

Smoked Cajun Wings and Hot Honey smoked wings will be available for dinner tonight.
