UPDATE: 2, 6, 11 & 12 are available. All others have been reserved.

Here are the final boxes, all packed with 100% Prime Angus. Each box is $200 and most have about 20-25 # of meat. It’s a perfect amount to stock up, without having to buy a new freezer!

Once they’re gone, they’re gone, so don’t wait. We’ll try to update the list tomorrow with what has been claimed, and what’s still available. Call, email or message us to claim yours!

Who’s ready to stock up on some PRIME Angus beef? Starting next week we’ll have Butcher’s Boxes available from our local steer! Each box will be unique and will include about 25-30 # of vacuum sealed products.

You know what’s in about 30 days? The Super Bowl and Valentines Day! To get ready we’re getting some Ribeyes and NY Strips in the Aging Chamber, so we’ll have some 21-day and 30-day steaks available soon.

Our full Super Bowl and Valentine’s Menus (in collaboration with Ohana Seafood) will be out shortly so keep an eye here, or stop by the shop!

‘Tis the season to stock your freezer! We’re working on some custom butchery orders for some customers who are looking to stock up with some tasty local beef! Whether you’re tired of what the grocery store has to offer, or are just looking for a great way to fill your freezer, we’ve got you covered.
Whole or half, beef and pork available currently. Whole lamb should be available soon.

We’ve got some spots open still, so call the shop or shoot us an email if you’d like more information or to get something scheduled.
