Someone messaged me this week and said:

"I'm a Leo. The eclipse was in Leo. And I felt absolutely nothing. Am I doing astrology wrong?"

First you are not doing astrology wrong. You are simply doing astrology without degrees. And degrees are everything.

I asked them: what degree are your Leo placements at?

They came back a few minutes later: 4 degrees and 7 degrees.

The eclipse was at 20 degrees Leo.

I said: that's why. The eclipse wasn't knocking on your door. It was looking for 20 degrees. You're at 4 and 7. Same sign, completely different neighborhood. It passed through your sign but it had somewhere specific to be, and that somewhere wasn't where you live.

This is honestly one of my favorite things about astrology because it's so SPECIFIC. It doesn't say "Leo is having a moment." It says 20 degrees Leo. It has an exact address. And if you're not near that address, the eclipse was not there for you this particular time, which does not mean you're excluded, it just means your turn comes at a different degree.

Check what you have near 20 degrees in Leo, Aquarius, Ta**us, or Scorpio. If something's there that's your story. If nothing's there totally okay, the sky has more coming.

192 days until The Gathering Weekend 🖤

So what actually happens over the weekend?

Friday we’ll be welcoming everyone into Merced with a mixer at the hotel so people can settle in, meet each other, and actually start connecting before Saturday.

Saturday is The Gathering at Castle Noz, presented by Danie Loco Owner of The Hellcat Bridal Collective 🖤✨ and then we’ll head back to the hotel that night for the Afterparty.

Sunday we’ll wrap everything up with brunch before everyone heads home.

That’s why we keep calling this The Gathering Weekend. It’s not just one event on Saturday, we’re building the whole weekend around it.

Can I tell you what I did the morning after the eclipse?

I woke up. Made coffee. Looked around. Sat with my cats. Opened my phone.

And my very first thought after studying astrology for years, after talking about this eclipse for weeks was:
..did I miss it?

I always forget this happens. Every. Single. Time. I get so deep into the lead-up and then the day after is just Monday. . One of my cats just knocked something off the counter and acted like that was my fault.

And there's always that brief, embarrassing moment where I think should I have felt more?

No. And neither should you.

Eclipses don't show up at your door with a lightning bolt and a formal announcement. Sometimes they arrive as the conversation you had that suddenly opened something. The thought that keeps coming back no matter how many times you try to move on from it. The thing you want that you realize you've been pretending not to want.

Sometimes they work underground and you don't even understand what happened until three weeks later when you look back and go ohhhh. That's when it started.

If August 12th felt quiet, give it some time. Keep your eyes open for Leo themes showing up in your life. Identity, visibility, creativity, expression, confidence, the thing you've been waiting for permission to step into.

It's there. It's just doing its work at its own pace. 🌑

Four days since the eclipse. Checking in on my people.

And I mean that genuinely not a polished answer, not the spiritual version. How are you actually doing?

Because I'll tell you what I've been hearing this week in the comments and the messages: a lot of people felt something they couldn't name. Not a dramatic event, not a lightning bolt just a quiet shift. Like something settled or something loosened. Like a thought they couldn't put down.

That's it. That's the eclipse.

But I also heard from people who felt absolutely nothing and were kind of annoyed about it 😂 and that's equally valid. The sky is not on a schedule we control.

I want to hear directly from couples today.

One reason Aquarian Nation has multiple officiant packages: not every couple needs the same ceremony.

Our Fluorite couples often want something intimate, heartfelt, and beautifully simple. Our Angelite couples want the ceremony built deeper around their relationship and their vows. Our Labradorite couples want something symbolic a handfasting or another unity ritual that represents the joining of their lives. Our Celestite couples want more multiple conversations with me beforehand, deeper ritual design, rehearsal support, a ceremony built around a very specific vision.

None of these couples are doing marriage "wrong." They just need different things.

That's why personalization matters. It doesn't mean the ceremony has to run thirty minutes. It doesn't mean I have to narrate your entire relationship history. It doesn't mean every ceremony needs to turn deeply spiritual or emotional.

Personalization means I'm actually paying attention to the people in front of me.

What do you want included? What do you absolutely not want? Are you writing your own vows, or do you want help with them? Do you want ritual, or tradition, or something quieter? Do you want your family involved?

Those decisions shape the ceremony. That's the whole idea behind Aquarian Nation's officiant services. Your ceremony should feel like it belongs to you.

Okay I have received some version of this question approximately one thousand times since Wednesday and I am going to answer it one more time with my whole heart:

"I'm a virgo, what does this eclipse mean for me?"

I love you. I genuinely love you for asking. AND I cannot answer that without knowing your Rising sign. I physically cannot.

Because here's the thing nobody tells you your Sun sign horoscope is written for every single person born under that sign. Every. Single. One. It does not know your chart. It does not know which part of your life the eclipse just walked into. It is doing its absolute best with half the picture.

Your Rising sign is the other half. It tells me WHICH ROOM the eclipse entered. And that changes everything.

A Leo eclipse in your 1st house is asking you about identity and how you show up.
A Leo eclipse in your 10th house is asking you about career and legacy.
A Leo eclipse in your 7th house is standing in your relationship and making eye contact.

Same eclipse. Completely different conversation depending on your chart.
