Hi friends!

Summer has a way of slipping by before we realize it. One minute we’re planning vacations and signing up for ball teams, and the next we’re shopping for school supplies and wondering where the season went.

That’s why I love summer sessions so much. They’re not just about beautiful photos—they’re about preserving the little things we’ll miss someday. Bare feet in the grass, sticky popsicle fingers, evenings spent at the ballfield, splashing in the river, mountain sunsets, and the people we love most beside us.

This year’s mini session lineup was created with exactly that in mind. Whether you’re looking for playful family memories at the river, nostalgic Sandlot-inspired moments on the ballfield, timeless portraits at a vineyard overlooking Pilot Mountain, dreamy waterfall images, or sweet vintage-inspired portraits, there’s something for every season of life.

As always, my goal is to create more than photos. I want to capture genuine connection, real laughter, and the little moments that tell your family’s story.

Baseball families! Putting some feelers out...Would anyone be interested in family sessions on a ballfield. I would book a ballfield for an hour and do some 10 minute minis. Think: Sandlot, meets family photos. Fun, real and perfect for those living at the ballfield all summer to capture this season of life LOL. Let me know what you think in the comments! ⚾️

MODEL SEARCH:
Who: Couple
When: This Saturday June13th @ 4pm-until done (might be close to 8 pm)
Where: Boone/Blue ridge parkway
Basic Description of styled shoot: Horses, Western, Moutains

Criteria: Must be VERY VERY VERY comfortable with horses, riding horses, trail riding, Mtn trail riding. Looking for someone that rides regularly- and will fill confident while on or around horses.
Style: Vintage 60's western, see inspo below (THESE ARE NOT MY IMAGES: These are just the style/ look we are going for) And maybe a long dress option as well for some of the off horse shots.

Free on your part- you just have to provide your time, and outfits. Great opportunity for a horse loving couple!

😭 Words like this mean SO much to me🫶 A successful wedding day takes a team, and when that team not only makes the day easier but makes it extra enjoyable- it's a huge win! I can't wait to work with The Intent Weddings & Events again!

My Summer mini plans are coming together! Should be posting specifics in the next week or so! Below are just some past sessions I might be bringing back...but tell me, what would you like to see as an option?
Creek, vineyard, Bailey Park, a vintage set in a field (quilt, wicker etc.), woodsy trails.
I like bringing back some of the old favorites but love adding in new stuff. Comment with what you'd like to see as an option this Summer!
