Chef Rob and Co opened for business in 2008. Under the direction of Chef Robert M. Stephens, a former Corporate Executive Chef and Country Club Chef who holds a degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management.

“Chef Rob”, as he is known by many, is a long time resident of the great state of Alabama and has won numerous awards in culinary competition as well as service awards in the food servic

e industry. He is an accomplished ice sculptor and very involved with many local charities, His passion for “just really good simple food” as he says, is what he strives for on a daily basis. By taking the freshest ingredients, keeping it simple, and producing a quality dish that people will enjoy time and time again.
