We were so honored to have catered The Legacy Gala- a fundraiser for The Peninsula of Mobile this past weekend at the National Maritime Museum of the Gulf. It was such a beautiful evening for such a worthy cause: for the restoration and protection of Mobile Bay, for the good of our generations to come!

All of us at Georgia Roussos Catering wish our incredible Chef Emmanuel a happy, blessed 50th Birthday!! Chef Emmanuel was born in Italy and raised in France- so he brings his own international flair to Georgia Roussos Catering!

We are truly blessed to have had him with us for almost 30 years!!! Chef Emmanuel was hired as a chef at the restaurant and received training for a year and a half under Mr. George Roussos in the family processes. He is such a talented, impeccable Chef and we are so grateful to him for his wisdom, sense of humor, delicious food and awesome leadership in the kitchen! Happy Birthday to our awesome Chef Emmanuel!! All of us love him dearly!!
