We catered the most beautiful wedding for the most lovely couple at the scenic The Orchard at Hayes Farm this past weekend. Their delicious menu included a shrimp and grits bar, a build your own pulled pork slider station, a strawberry bacon cheese ring, spinach and artichoke dip with pita chips, conecuh sausage medallions, cocktail meatballs in marinara sauce and pasta salad! They had wedding cake and cupcakes and also had Shaved Ice Paradise on hand to custom make delicious treats for their guests! The weather couldn't have been more perfect. It truly was such a stunning wedding celebration and the Georgia Roussos Catering Crew was thrilled to be a part of the happy couple's special day! Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Alston!! We wish them both a lifetime of happiness!

We had a busy day yesterday catering at Austal USA! We fed 350 employees who had perfect attendance at work during both the day shift and the night shifts yesterday! We served pork tenderloin with a mushroom wine sauce, garlic mashed potatoes and green beans, as well as chicken alfredo and our delicious Death by Chocolate Trifle! Congratulations to the hardworking employees at Austal!

Last night, we catered a beautiful plated seated dinner for the University of South Alabama Foundation's Board members and their spouses at the Stallworth House. Chef Emmanuel and our awesome Georgia Roussos Catering kitchen crew grilled petite filets with gorgonzola sauce, and prepared strawberry pecan salads, roasted fingerling potatoes with broccolini on site at the venue. Their dessert was our delicious blueberry goat cheese tarts.

We always love catering for the University- Georgia is a proud alumna member of the Class of 1980! Go Jags! Here are a few photos from this lovely event yesterday evening.

Today, we are at Barry Steam Plant frying fresh seafood on site for Alabama Power's Employee Appreciation Day! The menu today consisted of: Our Famous Seafood Gumbo and Rice, Mixed Green Salad, Fried Shrimp, Fried Catfish, Grilled Chicken Tenders, Fried Corn Fritters, Hushpuppies, Oven Roasted Potatoes, Coleslaw and Bread Pudding with Praline Sauce!! What a treat for the hardworking employees of Alabama Power at Plant Barry!!

We catered a gorgeous 80th Birthday party on Dauphin Island last weekend. Their delicious menu consisted of a Raw Oyster Bar, our famous Seafood Gumbo and Rice, Crabocado Bites, Boiled Shrimp, Snapper Ceviche, Grilled Chicken and Pineapple Skewers, and Feta and Watermelon Salad.
