This past Saturday was especially meaningful for all of us at Georgia Roussos Catering, as we had the honor of catering the wedding of Mary Helen's Granddaughter Sydney to Josh Booker. Mary has been with us for almost 52 years!

Many of us have watched Sydney grow up over the years. From a little girl visiting the kitchen- to her helping us cater events when she was old enough- to now celebrating one of the most important days of her life! Being a part of this beautiful wedding felt less about work and more about celebrating with family!

Moments like this remind us that Georgia Roussos Catering is more than just a business-it's generations of friendships, memories and community. We are truly grateful to have shared in such a special day!!

Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Booker! All of us at Georgia Roussos Catering wish you both a lifetime of love, laughter and happiness!

From Mobile to Huntsville and back again- Wow- what a week!

Our team had the honor of cooking on site at Huntsville Hospital and Madison Hospital for Huntsville Hospital Week, serving nearly 9,000 incredible hospital employees who work tirelessly to care for the or community every single day!

Thank you to Huntsville Hospital and Madison Hospital for trusting Georgia Roussos Catering to be a part of such a special celebration for the fourth year in a row! We loved bringing the energy, and preparing a delicious feast served with some Southern hospitality to your amazing staff!!! Thank you for having us!!

We’re on the road again!!! The Georgia Roussos Catering Convoy is Huntsville Bound! Our convoy consists of 5 box trucks (including a refrigerator truck and freezer truck) 3 passenger vans, and a SUV! We have the whole team with us and we’re catering for nearly 9,000 Huntsville Hospital Employees this week!!

Sometimes history has a funny way of finding its way home. ❤️

A lovely woman just moved into her new house in Michigan, and while settling in, she discovered something unexpected tucked away—a stack of vintage placemats from our old Roussos Restaurant back in the historic Fort Conde district in Mobile, Alabama.

Out of all the places and all the years, these little pieces of our story traveled hundreds of miles and decades into the future, only to resurface and remind us that memories don’t fade—they just wait to be rediscovered.

To whoever saved them all those years ago: thank you for holding onto a piece of our history. And to Cindi Baldock Carlson, (The new homeowner who discovered these placemats) thank you for sending them to us and being part of the story!

Yesterday, the Georgia Roussos Catering Crew fed 900 construction workers and subcontractors for Lexicon, Inc., who are constructing a $1.2 Billion, 150, 000 ton capacity non-grain-oriented electrical steel (NOES) plant in Calvert, Alabama for Areclor Mittal.

This facility is designed to support the U.S. electric vehicle industry and will create over 200 permanent jobs, and has already generated hundreds of plant construction jobs during this construction phase. Construction should terminate and production should commence in 2027.

We cooked seafood and chicken on site for the day shift and night shift employees. We were truly honored to serve these hardworking folks for their safety meeting yesterday!
