Yes! ✔️ An on-site staff member will be present during the entire duration of your event to assist with AV equipment and help ensure everything runs smoothly throughout the building. From troubleshooting technology to answering venue-related questions, our staff is here to help make your event as seamless and stress-free as possible! ✨

May was one to remember at the MAC ✨ From celebrating our newest alumni to welcoming community partners and longtime supporters, May was filled with some very memorable gatherings.
✨ We began the month by celebrating the Class of 2026 at the President’s New Grad Champagne Toast, where President Jo Bonner officially welcomed graduates into the alumni family with a celebratory toast to their bright futures ahead.
✨ Next, we welcomed educators and professionals for the Conference on Teaching and Learning, where they invited participants to focus on the unique role of human thought, creativity, and moral reasoning, as AI changes the higher education landscape.
✨ Community Services for Vision Rehabilitation then brought guests together for a Parisian themed fundraiser to help raise money for their Nonprofit Organization that helps the visually impaired get treatment at little to no cost.
✨ We wrapped up the month with our 1974 Society Seafood Boil, where members gathered to celebrate their continued dedication to the University while reconnecting with fellow Jaguars over great food and even better company.

Wondering about catering for your event? 🍽️
We do not offer in-house catering, but we do allow outside caterers! ✔ We have a preferred vendor list of caterers who are familiar with our building and policies, making the process even smoother. You’re welcome to use a caterer of your choice as well, but keep in mind they must be a licensed caterer and approved by our MAC staff.
