Provides recreational, cultural & educational activities in a social setting. James Valley Community Center offers services and programs for people age 18-plus in Mitchell and the surrounding area. Includes the offices of: Palace Transit, Mitchell Volunteer Program (MVP), Adult Nutrition Program and James Valley Community Center (JVCC).
