Bistronauts! We are delighted to let you know that we are offering a full take-out Thanksgiving meal this holiday season. Chef Hunter will do the work for you. Options for groups of ten or five. Order as much or as little as you like. Pick-up will be at 1500 Burns St. on Wednesday, November 26th from 3-6pm.

Hi (former) Bistronauts, we wanted to let you know four things:

1. Lunch service is now available Monday through Friday from 11am to 1:54pm.

2. We will be offering catering through at least 2024. Hit us up via our website!

3. The Burns Event Center space (dining room) is available for rent for your holiday parties or other events.

4. We miss most of you!

Can you smell ell ell ell ell what the Brock was cookin'?!

One brunch to go!

Almost everyone behaved on Saturday and we love, love you for helping us make this difficult time less so.

For Sunday, there will be absolutely no take-out orders. Plan on a 40-minute wait (bring a granola bar!). Phone will be off. Large parties will be split into smaller groups. A four hour playlist of all of the greatest bistro jamz ever has been created. This will rule.

We love you, Missoula, even though you hate brunch. Many blessings to all of our staff, current and past, thank you for all of your work!
