Alejandro Ochoa has a degree in Science of Communications from ITESO University of Guadalajara, where he is Head Professor for Development of Creative Thinking. Selected as one of the Young Artists of Jalisco in 1986, Ochoa is a winner of the National Second Place of the CREA-SEP comic strip contest in 1986. He is part of the book: Index of plastic artists in Jalisco, 2008. He has specialized in the production of caricatures and illustrations with children’s, sports, and business themes. For more than 30 years he has developed creativity through visual communication, with projects for companies and institutions such as Grupo Milenio (Milenio Newspaper), Grupo Continental (Coca-Cola), Guadalajara International Book Fair; H. Ayuntamiento de Guadalajara, Guadalajara Zoo, El Trompo Mágico Children's Museum, Lorena Ochoa Foundation, Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma, Palacio de Hierro, Kodak de México, Motorola, Globos Payaso and HP among many more. Ochoa is the creator of the comic strip Escuincles, published in Mexico newspapers and social media, for more than 20 years. In this comic strip, seven kids and a dog talk about the way they see the world. He creates monthly cartoons for Globos Payaso, a transnational company from Guadalajara, since 2019-2022.
