What to do with your leftover bits of your charcuterie platter??

1. Pull a keto Bagel from the freezer and toast it and add some grassfed butter!
2. Slice up the left over Brie
3. Add slices of pepper Genoa salami or prosciutto and some thin slices of red onion.
4. Top with micro greens or arugula or any fresh greens you have!
I couldn’t wait and took a bite or two before pics! 😇🥰
Dragon fruit is a nice fresh complement and 6g net cards per once. (Pink is higher)
Ate half for lunch then wrapped second half and ate it during the college baseball game at Concordia University!
