Emerald Coast Florals & Event Design is seeking creative, energetic, and detail-oriented individuals to join our freelance team for the upcoming peak event season. We are looking for talented floral designers and motivated individuals eager to dive into the world of high-end event production.
Whether you are a seasoned professional or someone with a keen eye for design looking to learn the ropes, we want to hear from you.
You will be an integral part of bringing stunning visions to life across a variety of high-profile events, including weddings, corporate events, and large-scale installations.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the processing and preparation of fresh floral product.
• Execute floral arrangements and installations based on specific design briefs.
• Collaborate on-site for event setup, ensuring every petal and prop is perfectly placed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in both the studio and at event venues.
Requirements:
• Design Eye: A natural sense of color, texture, and composition.
• Flexibility: Ability to work weekends and varied hours based on event schedules.
• Stamina: Capacity to stay on your feet and lift floral buckets or equipment as needed in a fast-paced environment.
• Attitude: A team-player mentality with a "can-do" approach to creative problem-solving.
• Experience: Prior floral experience is a plus, but we are happy to train individuals who demonstrate passion and a strong work ethic.
Compensation & Perks
• Starting Rate: $22.00 per hour.
