We are excited to have April Warren, DNP, FNP-C here at Minot Health Clinic! April has over 15 years of nurse practitioner experience and most of her career has been in mental health.

April will continue to offer mental health care, which only includes medication management. She does not provide any counseling services. She can see patients that suffer with depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders, etc.

She can also see patients for acute concerns such as cough, cold, abdominal pain, etc.

She will see all ages 9 and older.

At this time, she can only see patients with the following insurances: BCBS ND, BCBS Medicaid Expansion, Medicare and Sanford Health Insurance. The other insurances are still in the process of being credentialed.

In the near future she will be able to open her schedule and offer services as a primary care provider.

Please note: Minot Health Clinic does not offer any medical ma*****na cards.

Good any where in the state! $100 a ticket, I have tickets. Drawing throughout July. This helps support the Minot area Youth Sportsman programs. If you would like more information on the program I know a guy!!! This is where my son got his start in this sport!!!!

Our PSA for the day- Avas Flowers is NOT a flower shop!!! They are a call center that poses as a “local florist”!!! We DO NOT accept orders from them. If you ever need to send flowers to another town, please give us a call and we will make sure you reach a “real florist” with a store front. They have been known too keep a large percentage of the money you spent!!!

We are offering a $1,000 reward for any tips which lead to Minot Police Department arresting this man.
