Chef Ivonne Herrera amazed as always last night!! Chef and her team of Sylvia, Ara, and Uliseses are true professionals and masters of their craft. All dishes made from scratch on site were delicious as always. Their personalities and friendliness make for such a wonderful experience each time we come to Cabo! And they make a pretty good Margarita to keep the night flowing as well!

Incredible meal of Tamalitos, Telelas, Lobster Bisque, and Traditional Birria. The freshly made corn tortillas had mashed plantain mixed into the Masa and they were awesomeome with the Birria! Amd how cute is the Mini Churro Cart and Birria Street Cart!

Thanks to all who came out for our Sold Out Burger Joint Class! We did it all from our Fried Medley of Onion Rings, Pickles, and Jalapeno Strips with Homemade Ranch. A Hawaiian Burger with Teriyaki Glazed Spam. The star of the show was a Texas “Torta” Burger with Custom Blend Brisket patties made from my buddy Braden Bosch at The Meat Co! Topped with Chirizo and Geeen Chile Spiked Refried Beans, Texas Smoked Sausage, Pepper-jack and Fresh Chimichurri served with Home cut Fries with Texas Short Rib Queso.

A little grilled corn and Peach Summer Salad and a wonderful Strawberry Cheesecake Galette to round it all out!

Olivia Kimberlinand Karen Weber did their thing as always and made things easy for me! Gourmet Chef and their staff are the best!

Had the pleasure of catering a private dinner to a few of my baseball parent couples this time last week. They requested Mexican so we did some of our favorites from our trips to Cabo, including our take on the Pastel de Elote, our favorite dessert in all of Mexico from Los Tres Gallos! We think it all turned out pretty well!🇲🇽

We also did a flight of margaritas including frosty blackberry, mango chamoy, and watermelon jalapeno!

Thanks to Ashley Lynn for hosting and allowing us to terrorize your kitchen! Thanks to Emily Hieb and AshLee Bush for attending as well as the soft spoken hubbies. A good time was had by all. At least i hope so!😊

And can’t forget my amazing sous chef Olivia Kimberlin for helping out! She is the best!!!

A little Texas BBQ for our sold out Birthday class celebrating number 32 for Gourmet Chef!

We did an all round Texas tray of Brisket, Ribs, Homemade Sausage, Texas Twinkies, Smoked Carnitas Taquitos with Poblano Queso, Borracho Beans, Jalapeno Blue Cheese Slaw, and my nod to Ernest Cervantes with Street Corn Pudding!

A little homemade Dr Pepper and homemade Shiner Bock BBQ Sauces and 2 versions of housemade Pickles! Then finished it off with some Texas Peach Cobbler!

Thanks ad always to Olivia Kimberlin, Karen Weber, and Joan who keep us rolling and everyone happy!
