I did a little Asian tonight for another sold out class at Gourmet Chef! Sesame Shrimp over a Kimchee Style Cucumber Salad. Then a Kung Pao Chicken with Pork Fried Rice. And a Smoked Brisket Scratch Ramen. Finished it off with Chinese Buffet Donuts for a little fun. Missed getting a pic. Oops.

Thanks to Karen Weber, Shelby, and Katie for making it all run so smooth! Denise has the very best crew around, and not to forget Olivia Kimberlin!

Sadly, but also on a good note, baseball season is upon us so my class teaching takes a break til probably August! Thanks to all who keep coming out a pretending to like my food!
