Happy New Year from all of us at Hometown Elegance.
After a much needed break, we’re back in the office and feeling incredibly grateful.

This past year brought a wave of first time clients who trusted us with their celebrations, took us to new locations, and kept us moving nonstop for weeks at a time. In 2025, our team spent more nights in hotels than the last five years combined and installed the largest tent we’ve ever done at 8,000 square feet. Yes it was enormous!

To everyone who trusted us for the first time and to those who continue to invite us back, thank you. You made 2025 one for the history books, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

To our team, thank you for continuing to show up and making sure our clients’ events were done right. None of this would have been possible without your dedication, long hours, and commitment to doing things excellent. As we say Do It Once, Do It Right, Do It Excellent and you have all certainly lived that expression every day for our clients.

Here’s to what’s ahead. We’re ready for what’s shaping up to be a blockbuster 2026.

We love when clients want to go off the menu and have us create something that’s not on our menus. This is a ginger marinaded compressed watermelon topped with a fresh herb whipped feta cheese and garnished with micro fennel.

Working at has its advantages, like being able to serve up fajitas and other menu items that are tough to pull off in the field. We've never been fans of the boring taco bar trend that dominated weddings for years – we prefer to bring the flavor.

Do you agree that fajita bar is way better than the usually under seasoned taco bar?

Love bringing back some of these legacy items! These mini tikka masala first showed up on our menus about ten years ago. We did this today at . It’s a house made tikka masala served on mini naan bites and finished with fresh mint raita. @@

Every year our team sets out to help support this organization and give the men and women of North Dakota that struggle to beat addiction to drugs and alcohol a true chance at a new beginning.

If you have friends or family struggling, please consider reaching out to them for help. If you have the means, please consider donating to them to support the work to finish their women’s center that will give single moms a safe place to recover with their kids.

The last 15 years, we’ve been asked to change a room. This past weekend, we got to return to a familiar location in Stanley. It’s not the most unique space we’ve worked in but it’s a great canvas to create on.

So we took the surgically lit Mountrail County South Complex building and converted it into a very warm and cozy space to celebrate the marriage of Lauren and Dyllan. Congratulations you two!!!
