WE’RE GROWING & HIRING! 🤍 WEDDING SETUP CREW!

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Wedding Setup Crew!

Job Responsibilities:
• Unloading, moving, and setting up wedding floor plans and arrangements.
• Following design plans to ensure everything is set up correctly
• Working as a team to complete setups efficiently and on time

What We’re Looking For:
• Dependable, punctual, and hardworking individuals
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow directions and work well with a team
• Ability to perform the physical duties of the position, including lifting and moving décor items weighing up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Comfortable with a position that involves extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and other physical activity
• Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and some Sundays

Hours: Typically 10 AM – 4 PM, depending on the wedding schedule.

This is a physically active position, and we’re looking for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying busy, and taking pride in the little details that make each wedding special.

So, what is The Beautiful Rush?

The Beautiful Rush is the season that takes so much from you and somehow gives even more back.

It’s the early mornings and the late nights.
The full calendars and the weekends that blur together.
The quick pivots, the tired feet, the cold coffee.
The unseen teamwork.
The finishing touches.
The final hour before everything begins.

And then right in the middle of all of it, there’s the moment that reminds you exactly why you do this.

The doors open.
The first note plays.
Someone’s eyes fill with tears.
The walk they’ll remember forever.
The kiss that makes it all feel real.
The room comes alive.
The laughter. The hugs.

Together, we created a moment they’ll wish they could step back into just one more time.

And suddenly…

all the rushing becomes beautiful.

That’s The Beautiful Rush.

So while we’re in it, I hope we remember to soak it in a little too.

Drink the water.
Eat the meal.
Take the picture.
Laugh with your people.
Give grace freely.

And pause long enough to notice the beautiful life happening right in front of you.

Because one day soon, the last song will play, the lights will come up, and just like that we’ll already be missing it. 🤍

In case you missed our out of office message, we wanted to communicate here and check in… we’re back! ✈️😅

After our flight was canceled on Monday because of the weather and then spending all day yesterday dealing with delays and connecting flights, I’m officially back in the office today and getting caught up. It seems Florida wasn’t quite ready to let us go!

That said… weddings don’t have an off switch. While I was away, our coordination team was busy taking care of weddings and events, and I was still checking emails and answering questions, but I traded timelines for tide lines, emails for a few beach walks, and made the most of every minute I had with my family.

If you’re still waiting to hear from us, thank you so much for your patience. I’m working my way through everything as quickly as I can. As always, if you need an immediate response you have my personal cell to use also.

And to everyone who asked… yes, I said hi to Mickey for you.
