From modern barns to waterfront views to hidden Wisconsin gems, these are a few Door County + Fox Cities venues we love (or are dying to coordinate at 👀).

A beautiful venue matters. But a smooth, calm, well-run wedding day? That matters too.

Planning a tent wedding? Let’s talk.

Because a tent wedding isn’t just “rent a tent and decorate it.” It’s logistics layered on logistics and if one piece is off, everything feels off.

You’re not just planning a pretty outdoor space. You’re planning and coordinating for:

• power distribution so a breaker doesn’t blow mid-reception
• flooring so heels don’t sink into grass
• mud if it rains 10 minutes before ceremony
• lighting for when sunset hits earlier than expected
• temperature control so guests aren’t freezing at dinner or overheating during speeches
• backup rain plans that actually work
• tent/property layout and vendor load-in details
• restroom access, trash removal, permits/ licenses and ordinances no one thinks about until it’s urgent

& all of that has to work seamlessly while you’re trying to get married, be present, and enjoy the day.

A tent wedding is stunning! (don’t get us wrong) but it’s also a production & productions don’t run on hope or inspiration.

They run on coordination, foresight, and someone whose job is to think 10 steps ahead so you don’t have to think about any of it at all day-of.

If you’re planning a tent wedding, you don’t just need vendors. You need someone making sure they all function as one system.
