Ten years ago today, I made a decision that changed everything.
I walked away from a path that felt certain and stepped into one that felt unknown, trusting that passion, persistence, and a little courage would carry me forward.
What I did not know then was how much this work would shape me.
The long days that turned into late nights.
The lessons learned in quiet moments and high pressure ones.
The relationships built with couples who trusted me with something deeply personal.
The vendor teams who showed up beside me and became part of the story along the way.
Over the past decade, this journey has grown in ways I could never have predicted. Not just in milestones or achievements, but in purpose. In confidence. In the deep understanding that this work is about far more than logistics or timelines.
It is about responsibility.
It is about trust.
It is about guiding people through one of the most meaningful days of their lives with care, clarity, and experience.
Ten years later, I still feel grateful for the risk I took and the path it created.
And to every couple, every vendor, every team member, and every person who believed in me along the way, thank you for being part of this journey.
