༆Our first Sacred Sounds + Stillness༆

Last Thursday evening, Rich and I gently opened our space with a Chinese moonlight white tea ceremony—complete with the little story of this summer tea. From there we moved into the soft, collective vibration of AUM waves. And finally, we surrendered into the deep resonance of crystal bowls and gong for our sound bath.

Thank you for sharing this beautiful, soul-nourishing evening with us. We can’t wait to hold this medicine again. ♡🙏🏻
