Emily is a licensed and registered dietitian with a background and education in fitness and wellness. A registered yoga teacher, Emily has education and experience in postures, breath work, meditation, and yogic philosophy. Emily uses her varied experience in wellness and curiosity for knowledge to blend pillars of health seamlessly with an individualistic approach to guide folks along their wellness journeys. Her passion for individual and community holistic wellness is at the core of every interaction and action she takes, fostering a motivating yet welcoming environment. Born and raised in Minneapolis, she fills her cup through time spent outside, reading, and discovering new places - home and abroad - with her husband.

Hear why we created Heritage Connections in the exact words shared at our opening Honor gathering this past April. ✨

We believe a life filled with meaningful connection doesn’t happen by accident. It’s hard, not only because we’re busy, but because many of us were never shown what intentional connection truly looks like. And even if we did, how do we continue to live intentionally and live purposefully?

That’s why we created Heritage Connections, a series rooted in four pillars that help women build deeper relationships with themselves and one another:

✨ Play

We don’t have all the answers, but the beautiful thing is that we can always start to live more meaningful and connected lives.

This late summer and fall, we’re gathering again for our second Heritage Connections series. If you’re longing for meaningful conversation, thoughtful experiences, and a welcoming community of women, we’d love to have you.
