Why, yes it is. Wild caught (not farmed) lobster with chef made remoulade, topped with some spicy mix micro greens.

I was all set to make a soup (considering the weather) with salad but when I went in the fridge, I saw the flatiron steak. And grilled (yes, grilled) flatiron steak over a bed of pesto fettuccine with sautéed spinach and baby ‘bella mushrooms just seemed like a better idea. 🤷🏾‍♂️
