Heading into the summer months, everyone is looking forward to the World Cup, as hundreds of individuals show up to represent countries from all over the world.

Here at Rudos Promotions, we prioritize Lucha Libre Mexicana but our roster stretches so much further than Mexico.

So in the spirit of the World Cup, Rudos Promotions will be holding its own World Cup tournament with luchadors and wrestlers representing over a dozen different countries.

A single-elimination tournament taking place over three shows, with athletes representing different countries. Different countries, but one goal, coming out the other side the victor.

We have one final match to announce and here it is! This Sunday Rudos Promotions Lucha Libre brings to you Celtic Wolf and Alan Star taking on Yakuza and Nocturno.

Yakuza and Alan Star are two Luchadors we were happy to bring back to Minnesota. They have teamed in the past but Sunday they find themselves on different sides.

Also Celtic Wolf has been on an impressive run at Rudos as of late. Racking up wins over some pretty tough competition. In this Lucha Tag Team Match Celtic will get an up close look at our new champion Nocturno.

With four tough competitors here in a tag match, who will walk away the winner? Will it be Alan Star and Celtic Wolf or will it be Yakuza and his partner El Nocturno?

After our Cinco de Mayo shows both Pirita de los Lagos and Renegado Strada Jr are both shaking off tough losses.

Jr lost in a tag team match and requested a singles match to show what he is made of. Pirita on the other hand lost in one on one against the much larger Shay Diesel. Pirita requested to fight someone his own size.

Here at Rudos we like to fulfill a Luchadors request whenever we are able. Sunday both men want this match but only one will walk away the winner!

When we announced this Sundays show we were happy to announce Cristal & Morgana were coming to Rudos Promotions Lucha Libre. Now we know exactly what their involvement will include. This Sunday the ladies will face off as they fight in a Tag Team match. Each lady picked their partners. It will be Cristal and her partner Mister Ta**us taking on Morgana and her partner Lobo Sagrado!

Lucha Libre is taking over the Saint Paul Salvation Army this Sunday!

Redd Cameron has been making waves in the Minnesota independent wrestling scene as of late. Showing a pure wrestling style one wouldn’t expect. However at Rudos Promotions Lucha Libre he may be having a hard time adjusting his style to the Lucha Libre arena.

“Panda Style” Eric Only on the other hand got his start in Lucha Libre. Learning at a Lucha gym before transitioning to a wrestling style.
