Yesterday we hosted the Women’s History Month Conference at Target🎯 — and I’m still energized and reflecting on the connection, inspiration, and collective power that filled the room.
From the powerful insights shared by our speakers, to the incredible women-owned businesses who showed up and shared their brands, to the volunteers of the Women’s Belonging Community Board who poured their time and energy into every detail — this event was truly a collective effort.
Planning and coordinating this conference allowed me to lean fully into one of my greatest passions: lifting women up. Creating space to celebrate women, amplify women entrepreneurs, and invest in our collective growth is work that energizes me. There is something incredibly meaningful about building environments where women feel seen, supported, and inspired to step into what’s next.
One of our speakers, , shared a message that continues to resonate with me: don’t wait for a seat at someone else’s table — build your own, and make it bigger so more women can gather and grow together.
That’s what this conference felt like. A bigger table.
