Dreamstitcher Custom Costume is a Minneapolis, Minnesota (USA)-based costumer Rae Lundquist, specializing in custom-made garments for the Science-Fiction, Fantasy, Anime aficianado or Living History Reenactor. I pride myself in being able to provide the garment you want, from a pattern custom drafted specifically for you. What I do for you:
Create the garment you want, whether it be from Japanese

Anime, Science Fiction, History, or a creation all your own. Each piece is analyzed for form, function an wear-ability, and a pattern custom drafted to you. As far as possible, I approach costume as clothing first, so that it allows you to move as you. What I don't do:
I don't mass produce garments for sale via mail order or "off the rack". Each garment's pattern is drafted and sewn to fit the individual customer's specific needs. As all the work is made to order, I cannot offer a catalog as such. This site is a gallery of work done, offering a glimpse of what I can and have done.

At the San Diego Zoo, an otter family turned a simple moment into a viral sensation when the mother proudly showed off her baby while the father showed off his favorite rock.

According to TikTok footage shared by visitors, the mother otter carried her pup to the glass, delighting the crowd as the tiny baby became the center of attention. Moments later, the father appeared, not with another pup, but with a smooth rock he seemed equally proud of, creating a hilarious “show and tell” dynamic.

The video quickly spread online, with millions of views and comments celebrating the otters’ behavior. Fans joked that the father’s rock was “the one that got him a family,” while others admired the otters’ social and playful nature. Wildlife experts highlighted that such moments reveal the charm of otters and why they captivate so many people.

A man lit a cigarette beside a beluga whale exhibit in Dalian, China.

Before anyone could step in, the beluga appeared to handle the situation itself.

The whale surfaced, aimed a burst of water toward the visitor, and soaked the cigarette.

The man looked stunned.

People nearby laughed as the cigarette went out.

The clip spread across social media, with many calling the beluga the aquarium's most dedicated rule enforcer.

Whether it understood the situation or simply had good timing, the result looked surprisingly effective.

For a few seconds, the whale seemed more concerned about the no-smoking rule than anyone else in the building.

Rapper Toosii responded to gay allegations but the actual message landed way harder than anyone expected. He made it clear fast: being called gay isn't an insult, it's a sexuality, and using it as one says everything about the person throwing it and nothing about him. But then he got to the real part — his son was in his arms when he said it, and he was already thinking about the day his kid goes online and sees this stuff.

"Oh dad, is this wrong? Nah, it's not wrong, son. You got some people who like women and you got some people who like men, and that's how it is."

That's a whole lesson. Happy Pride!

Also, how much will that disturb the ecosystem?

🌊 The future of AI may be underwater.

What started as an experimental concept is rapidly becoming real-world infrastructure.

While Microsoft demonstrated the feasibility of underwater data centers through Project Natick back in 2018, China is now pushing the technology into full-scale commercial deployment.

🚨 This is no longer a small laboratory experiment.

Off the coast of Hainan Island, engineers have deployed a massive 1,433-ton sealed steel data center on the ocean floor. The facility is already hosting thousands of high-performance servers and running active workloads, making it the world’s first fully commercial underwater data center.

Meanwhile, a $223 million underwater facility located six miles off the coast of Shanghai is being designed specifically for AI. Developed by Hailanyun (HiCloud), the project is built to handle intensive AI training and computing workloads while using the surrounding ocean as a natural cooling system.

Supporters say underwater data centers could reduce energy consumption, improve efficiency, and help solve cooling challenges that plague traditional server farms.

Critics, however, are raising questions about environmental impacts, maintenance costs, security risks, and what happens when critical infrastructure is moved beneath the sea.

One thing is clear:

The race to build the infrastructure powering the AI revolution is accelerating faster than most people realize.

Would you trust the future of the internet and artificial intelligence to data centers on the ocean floor?
