Private dinners, this meal. Was so delicious? baby rack of lamb. Marinated overnight, with thick sweet soy and spices, thrown on the grill. Served with turmeric infused cour-cous and date/lime Chutney - Beautiful 🔥

Nothing like a good Australian Lamb burgher!
With chili oil, wilted Arugula & blue cheese! ً

When your craving a good smashed lamb burgher you just gotta make it! These were made in a little iron skillet, I of course had to make two of them! YUM!
I also threw on some blue cheese, and pan tossed Arugula! And of course a little bit of black gold sambol, spicy, touch omg! So good! The lamb had a touch of garlic & my curry blend,
