This is a fun story… Paper Rock Scissor created the invites for this Bride’s 8th birthday party many years ago. Flash forward to this gorgeous purple floral dream wedding a couple of weeks ago when we had the honor of creating her wedding stationery and invitations. Congratulations to Sarah and Jack!

Creating the suite for A&T was some of the most fun I had last year. Designing for another artist always feels like the pressure is on, but also pushes the creativity too! I was so inspired by the bride’s pottery design and wedding color palette and ended up creating a really fun suite I love revisiting!

Clearly I’m in my Menu Era. I’m still so in love with both of the menus we did for Dianna and Brooks’s Telluride wedding events.

Night 1: A rustic welcome party menu printed on fabric and mounted to wood with a wax seal.

Night 2: A soft green mountain die cut menu with individual guest names.

Each menu was tailored to the guests meal choice with an individual name and ribbon color for each. Each guest would pull out the menu to reveal a cute note from the couple on one side and the menu on the other. It was also a nice way to add a pop of pink at each seat.

Miwako and Oliver’s wedding was so personal and special. We adored working with their family for the second time!

One of the bridesmaids made the paper cranes for their custom seating chart.

Another bridesmaid created their watercolor drink menu.

They handed out personalized sake masu cups as a wedding favor after a special Japanese sake ceremony called “kagami biraki” where they strike a sale barrel with mallets to mark the beginning of their new married life.

I just loved all the little ways they were able to put a personal touch on their wedding day details. Congratulations M + O!

Real talk over her for a moment… instagram is very challenging for me and getting great photos of wedding stationery is so hard!! However, I want to be able to share the fun work we have gotten a chance to be a part of this year so I am going to just post what I’ve got, perfection be damned!

Ashley came to us last spring with such an amazing vision for her wedding and as an artist herself the pressure was on me to create something that lived up to her expectations! I had the most fun creating her suite, especially this envelope liner pattern inspired by her beautiful pottery. The shaped cards stacked together in such a fun way and we tied it all together with the cutest lavender silk ribbon.
