Built in 1892, The Van Dusen Mansion is a beacon of old-world prosperity and elegance, re-equipped for the 21st century. You and your guests will step inside this one of a kind property and be awed with its beautifully restored atmosphere.

Welcome to the castle with a modern twist. It’s time to journey through a lavish interior world adorned with rich woodwork, Persian rugs, and stained glass windows. Our beautiful Ballroom accommodates up to 200 seated guests, 250 standing. Located just steps from the Mansion, this modern space is elegantly appointed with glistening chandeliers, hand beaded wall coverings and terrazzo floors.

For weddings, step into our gorgeous Bridal Room to prepare for your special day! The space includes a salon makeup room as well as a very large seating area and private restroom. The beautiful Jade Room is steps away and has the most gorgeous light for getting ready. And let’s not forget, the Groom’s Lounge also combines a great space with a vintage pool table, television, video games and more. Beautiful leather Chesterfield sofas along with pub tables create a great atmosphere for any group.

Where to next? Head outside into our beautiful brick paver courtyard; surrounded by lush gardens and trees. A true oasis right in the city, this unique site offers a romantic and private location for your wedding ceremony. The Courtyard also serves as a wonderful spot to host a social hour.
