Oh hey, me again. Today is 6 months with no ci******es! For 13 years of my life I relied on a literal cancer stick when I became stressed, upset or bored.

If I could go back in time, I would scissor kick myself in the face for ever picking up this habit.

I never ever thought I’d be able to quit. My mother passed from smoking 7 years ago and it STILL took me this long. Ignorance is bliss until you’re dead.
