My name is Julia and I’m so excited to step in to help out with JK Weddings & Events starting this summer! I studied event management in college and grad school, currently working from home planning events for the pharmaceutical industry.

My husband and I live in Marshall with our beautiful (newly) 2 year old daughter, our dog Morty, two cats and a baby boy joining us in October.

I love to read and will usually finish about a book per week on my kindle (and then buy the physical copy as a trophy if it was a 5 star - iykyk). You’ll usually find me with a loaded tea in my hands from my favorite local shop and probably internally singing to a Taylor Swift song.

It’s time for our first wedding week spotlight of 2026!💍

“Henry and I matched on Bumble in March of 2021, we spent lots of time enjoying dates, getting to know each other, and becoming friends before making things official in January of 2022. We quickly settled into a routine of weekly date nights, lots of time outdoors, and going to all of MN sports games we could get! After moving in together in June of 2024, we added a crazy but snuggly kitten, Gort! When Henry popped the question in June of 2025, it was the easiest “YES”!”

We are looking forward to celebrating you both as you tie the knot this week!🎉

We are so excited to announce that this month brings us to 5 years of and we are just so blessed to have reached this wonderful milestone! We appreciate all of our past clients and are looking forward to celebrating all our couples this year!🎉
