✨Month-of-coordination

Starts a month prior to your wedding date. This package includes

•10 hours on the day of the wedding
•coordination of rehearsal
•set up of decor and personal items
•coordination of the ceremony at a minimum.

Prior to the wedding date we will meet to discuss all the details, create a master timeline, a vendor directory, and ensure everything is in order. We will contact your vendors to confirm arrival times, items they will be bringing/providing, as well as the details of your contract.

Overall, an approximate of 22 hours are worked on your wedding including the day of coordination. This package is designed for you and your families to have total peace of mind knowing that every last detail of your special day will be managed flawlessly by a professional. With this package details and timing of your wedding will be executed step-by-step by a professional that has coordinated over 40 diverse weddings.

Starts a week prior to your wedding date and includes one client meeting one month prior.

This package includes
•8 hours on the day of
•three additional hours prior to the wedding date
•coordination of rehearsal
•set up of/takedown of decor and personal items
•coordination of the ceremony

We will meet one month prior to the wedding date for a meeting to create the master timeline, and ensure everything is in order. A week prior we will contact your vendors to confirm arrival times. This package is designed for any couple looking to stay under budget and ensure you and your family members have peace of mind on the day of while having a professional ensure every detail is in place.
