Dinner is served by our exclusive caterer, Mintahoe Catering & Events, and these plates are a pretty good preview of what they bring to the table.

Featured here are Stuffed Lingonberry Wingtip Chicken with currant, spinach and mascarpone, finished with a madeira lingonberry sauce; Korean BBQ salmon, char-grilled and glazed with fresh lemon; and Roasted Beef Tenderloin with a rich bordelaise sauce. Each entrée is paired with creamy Gruyère potatoes and a Mélange of Green Beans and Carrots.

The glass-enclosed Duluth Room features an original boardroom table from the Duluth Railroad Company and a hand-carved antique sideboard from Johnny Cash’s estate. The sideboard creates a striking place to display a wedding cake, while the room works beautifully for buffets, food stations and other details guests should not miss.

We’re really good at what we do because we care about what we do. There’s a lot of experience, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork behind every event we host, and we genuinely love getting to do it together.
