Full service buffet-style setup taco bar:
3 meat- brisket, pulled pork, mexican shredded chicken
2 sides- Texas cream corn, Spanish Rice
All the taco fixin's including - lettuce, cabbage, shredded cheese, onions, fresh/pickled jalapeños, cilantro, limes, tomatoes, Mexican crema, corn and flour tortillas, regular and spicy BBQ sauce, tea- sweet/unsweet, lemonade.
- Chips station with homemade red salsa, creamy Jalapeño salsa, guacamole

Thank you to the Possum Kingdom Volunteer Fire Department for choosing Salty Dawg BBQ Catering to cater the meal for the 1st Annual Fundraiser at the PK Chamber of Commerce. It was a fantastic turnout to support not just the PK VFD, but also Lone Camp VFD, and the other surrounding areas. Thank you to Sherry Welch, Lisa Livingston, Dale Marsh, and all of the volunteers who helped with putting this event together. The funds from this event help pay for their buildings, trucks, and supplies that are use throughout all our communites.

Thank you to our sponsors Double Barrel BBQ Seadoning for the delicious rub we put on our chicken. The flavor is fantastic and gets us more compliments than we know what to do with.

Full service buffet-style setup;
3 meat- brisket, smoked chicken breast, Opa's Beef Sausage
3 sides- pinto beans, potato salad, side salad bar
Dessert - sopapilla cheesecake
