Are you looking for a rewarding career in wedding coordinating? Rustic Country Gatherings has an opening for a coordinator.
This is a position that comes with very flexible scheduling, as you pick which weekends you will work, but must be available for the weekends picked up. Scheduling is set months inadvance of the weekend. Coordinators set up tables and chairs ahead of weddings, move chairs in after ceremonies, tear down tables and chairs for dance floors, assist in maintaining the flow of the wedding, and in general look after any venue related needs of the couple for the weekend. Coordinators work closely with venue owners, bartenders, and couples to ensure excellent customer service. Often coordinators will jump in to help with the occasional bartending if things are busy and all venue needs are otherwise met.
Qualifications:
Experience in bartending is helpful, but not required.
Weekend availability
Ability to lift tables (with assistance) and chairs
Have a server's license or ability to get one
Experience in the wedding industry is a plus, but not required
Detail oriented individual
